About Railenko

Railenko was created as a space for digital learning materials for people who want to study Ruby on Rails programming through structure, practice, and careful explanation. Our team works on courses that do not create loud expectations, but help learners understand the logic of web development: from the first Ruby lines to the connection between routes, controllers, models, views, and data movement inside a project.

The idea for this course came from practical experience. At the beginning of learning, many materials felt disconnected: one article explained syntax, another showed part of a project, and another gave a code fragment without context. This made it difficult to understand how separate topics form one working process. That problem became the foundation for Railenko: to create a course where every topic has its place and every example connects to the wider project picture.

Our mission is to help learners study Ruby on Rails programming calmly, step by step, and without unnecessary pressure. We believe technical learning should feel human: with clear explanations, practical examples, learning maps, short notes, and tasks that develop skills in reading, organizing, and reviewing code. Railenko is made for learners who want to do more than repeat lines; they want to understand how code behaves inside a project.

The course author, Semenets Mykhailo, has worked with Ruby on Rails, web structure, and learning materials for over 6 years. His path began with programming fundamentals, small practice examples, and a gradual move toward structured web projects. Over time, Mykhailo focused on explaining technical topics in plain language while keeping the real meaning of the code intact.

In his work, Mykhailo has built learning examples, organized code, prepared modules, reviewed Ruby on Rails structures, and created materials for learners at different stages of study. His previous work includes learning projects, web structures, page logic, basic data models, routes, controllers, and practical exercises for code reading. He focused on Ruby on Rails structure, data logic, and the organization of learning materials.

Mykhailo’s approach is based on careful explanation. He sees code not as a set of random commands, but as a system of relationships: a route leads to an action, the action prepares data, the data moves into a view, and the page displays the result of that logic.
